The Farm’s inventory includes some of the world’s best and most unique genetics. Because cannabis plants can’t be transported across state lines, we begin with seeds and conduct a process known as a pheno-hunt. This involves growing and evaluating multiple plants from the same strain (genotype) to identify the most desirable phenotypes—the flower with the best traits in aroma, potency, yield, and overall quality.

Not quite yet. While recreational cannabis has been legalized in Delaware, retail weed sales are still pending as the state finalizes regulations. Dispensaries like The Farm will be ready once sales begin—anticipated by early summer.
Delaware cannabis laws require that all weed products sold in-state must be locally produced. That means you won’t see national cannabis brands on our dispensary menu—yet. The Farm works with select partners to bring their genetics and formulations to Delaware through in-state collaborations.

Yes, you’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID along with your Delaware medical marijuana card. It helps us confirm your eligibility and keep our dispensary compliant with state cannabis regulations.
Yes. Delaware offers a temporary medical marijuana card for out-of-state patients. It’s a quick and affordable way for non-residents to legally purchase weed while visiting our dispensaries.
The cost of a medical card is $50 per year, which translates to $1 a week. For recreational marijuana, there will be a 15% tax on all purchases. Example: If you buy $10 worth of product, you will pay 15% tax or $1.50 on that purchase. So, if you buy more than $10 a week of product, then a medical marijuana card will save you money.
